To nourish is to honor a life.

Creating intimate, story-centered meals for people living with terminal illness and the loved ones who surround them.

At Last Supper Foundation, each meal is crafted as a living story. Together with the honoree, we design a four-course menu that recalls childhood flavors, beloved places, and the people and moments that shaped who they are.

Around the table, these stories are shared, turning a meal into an evening of connection, reflection, and love.

How a Last Supper comes to life

1

Listen

We meet with the honoree (and their loved ones, if they wish) to listen to their stories, memories, and
favorite foods.

2

Design

Our team translates those stories into a four-course menu, each dish reflecting a chapter of their life.

3

Prepare

Chefs and volunteers come together to lovingly prepare the meal, tending to every detail with care and
presence.

4

Gather

Friends and family gather for the dinner: an evening of nourishment, storytelling, and celebration of a
life.

Who is this for?

We serve:

Individuals living with a

terminal diagnosis

Their closest loved ones

and caregivers

Communities seeking a more conscious, heart-centered way to honor the end of life

There is no cost to the honoree or their family.

Each meal is offered as an act of love, made possible through donations and volunteer support.

Why A Shared Meal Can Change Everything

Food has always been a way we mark what matters:

births, weddings, holidays, ordinary Tuesday evenings.
At the end of life, a shared meal can become a sacred space to say the unsaid, to remember what was beautiful, and to be together in the most human way we know: passing dishes, telling stories, holding hands.
Last Supper Foundation exists so no one has to walk

through that threshold alone.
